I love teaching, always have and probably always will!  I am passionate about passing on my skills, and I enjoy creating a relaxed and fun environment while still making sure all my students go away with the feeling that they have really learned a lot.

I offer private tuition (for up to 3 students) in my home studio, starting from £20.00 per person, per hour.  Full details at the bottom of this page.

I offer full day workshops for larger groups (between 3 and 14 students) from £200.00 per day.  Workshops are 5 hours and I usually provide a kit for each student (£15.00-£40.00 each).

Throughout the year I have scheduled workshops hosted at various venues which are listed here.  Please note that I can't offer a booking service for these workshops, to book you will need to visit the course provider's website or ring them on the number listed.

More details on private tuition:
One person £25.00 per hour
Two people £45.00 per hour
Three people £60.00 per hour
The minimum booking is 3 hours (a morning or afternoon session).
I ask for a £25 deposit per session at the time of booking to secure the date, then the balance a week in advance.  If you cancel with less than 2 weeks to go you lose the deposit, with less than one week you pay in full.  If I have to cancel for any reason you will receive a full refund.
I can provide all the necessary equipment for design and stitching, and I have a lot of reference books for the various techniques.
I generally try to book teaching for Monday and Wednesday afternoons, but I can also arrange other times.
I have a little terrier in the house - she is very friendly and sociable and usually after saying hello she takes herself off for a nap, but if you have any trouble at all with dogs just let me know and I will confine her away from my studio or get a sitter.
