Politique d’expédition

Please note that many items are made to order and I spend a considerable amount of time teaching and looking after my young son, so please allow up to 28 days for dispatch on all orders. I do try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, sometimes the very next day but usually within 2 weeks if all items are in stock. If you require your item urgently, please send an email before ordering and I will endeavour to meet your needs.

UK Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class or Second Class, high value orders will require a signature. You will receive email notification of dispatch and the delivery should then be made in 1-3 working days. I usually go to the Post Office on Mondays and Thursdays.

International services take longer depending on the destination, usually upwards of 3-5 days from the date of dispatch. International services are also dealt with by Royal Mail and high value orders will be tracked.
